The world's biggest wind turbines have just come online at the Burbo Bank wind farm, off the northwest coast of England. And they are huge. Each wind turbine is fitted with three 80-meter-long blades. And a single revolution of one of these blades can power a single home for 29 hours. The Danish firm DONG Energy have installed 32 of these massive turbines, and together they will generate enough power for 4 million homes.
